Shannon is a Bay Area local. She earned a degree from Cal State Univ., Hayward. Prior to Real Estate, Shannon worked with various consumer oriented companies in roles that allowed her to refine her experience in Sales, Marketing, and Operations. Though shes been involved in real estate since the early nineties, she became licensed professionally in 2002. Since that time, shes consistently been a leader in sales production and has received various recognitions & industry designations. John was raised in the Bay Area and has resided in Walnut Creek for the past 20 years. John earned a BS in 1990 with an emphasis in Real Estate and an MBA from St. Marys College in 1999. He and his wife are currently raising their two middle school children who are active in many local youth sport programs. For nearly 25 years John has worked in real estate with a focus on appraisal, valuations, and sales. For over a decade he owned a successful appraisal company where he focused on commercial and residential appraisals. Data analysis is Johns forte!
